CSO Architects collaborated with Koetter Kim Architects and Associates to design the Cummins Office Building as a part of the Columbus Downtown Renovation Project.  The office building is a four-story, 100,000 square foot general open office building for Cummins, Inc.  The design focused on sustainable features, including a highly detailed southern exposure curtain wall.  It has day lighting and outside views throughout.  The building is certified LEED New Construction Silver.
