Details:
CSO Architects was commissioned by The University of Notre Dame, the City of South Bend and the regional economic development organization, Project Future, to design a multi-phase technology incubator park. The buildings are intended to be leased primarily to companies interested in developing new technologies and to University researchers. The first phase consists of a 50,000 gross square foot new building and associated site work including underground utilities, parking, drives, and landscaping. The building is designed to be expanded by at least 30,000 gross square feet in the future.
