Lenovo, an innovative, international technology company formed as a result of the acquisition by the Lenovo Group of the IBM Personal Computing Division, selected the Morrisville/Research Triangle Park area for its North American Headquarters. The first phase included two new office buildings. The fifth floor of each building has a two-story executive loft located above the primary building entry. These spaces were intended to offer an enhanced sense of light and space. The second phase was the third and final building that blends with the initial two buildings. The area of the three buildings totaled approximately 500,000 s.f.
