New teaching methods spurred changes to this 30-year-old building.  The Julian Science and Mathematics Center, the hub of the science and mathematics instruction at DePauw University, was in need of a complete overhaul to provide students with a learning environment that was in keeping with current teaching methods.  The entire building was gutted and redone including classrooms, labs, and the addition of state of the art technology.
