Project scope involves 201 apartment units consisting of a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units, apartment amenity spaces, and 59,200 square foot of white box retail space. There are 282 beds within the 217,160 square feet of apartment space.  The building is a four-story wood structure over a precast concrete base over a two level 400 space underground garage.  The apartments include full kitchens with private sleeping areas with walk in closets and personal storage space. The project is registered to receive LEED Silver Certification and utilizes a number of energy saving details including above standard insulation, green roof areas, water saving fixtures, and regionally produced materials.  A central public courtyard has been designed to be utilized for local art and music fairs, as well as provide pool and amenity space for the apartments.
