Columbus East High School

Columbus East High School was designed in 1970 as a high school whose traditional program was delivered through a large seminar, small group study delivery system. Over the years the school moved to a more traditional high school schedule but has retained the culture of openness and flexibility. The project included a complete renovation of the second floor classrooms, labs and large student resources area. A new administrative wing and ten additional classrooms were also a part of this scope. In addition, the swimming pool was renovated and a wrestling and weight room added to the athletic complex. An upgraded mechanical system provides improved zoning and year-round heating and cooling.
