Reeve Residence Hall is the first new residence hall on the Indiana State University campus since the 1960’s. Intended to house small organization groups, the design team was challenged to design a facility which would allow for multiple groups to be housed within a common building, each with their own amenity spaces, support spaces and unique identity, all within aggressive budget and schedule constraints. The solution was a building that includes a unique arrangement of interconnected pods that each include a combination of room configurations and support spaces. The student rooms range from single bedroom apartments with private baths to double occupancy bedrooms with semi-private bathrooms.
