220 Meridian: Michele Meregaglia and Courtney Brock
220 Meridian, once an AT&T office building, was transformed into a vibrant mixed-use development with luxury residences, retail, and amenities. The redesign emphasizes natural light, modern aesthetics, and spatial efficiency, integrating sustainable design and public art to revitalize downtown Indianapolis.
Silver Creek High School: Jennifer King, Mary Oliver, Taylor Pietruch, and Hailey Patane
Silver Creek High School’s design features bold colors, natural light, flexible learning spaces, and sustainable systems. Dragon-inspired elements reinforce school pride, while a vibrant Student Union fosters collaboration. The project reflects community vision, educational innovation, and future academic growth.
