Located at the far southeast corner of the Indiana University Bloomington campus, the building will become a new gateway to campus along 3rd Avenue. As a result, it was important that the building evoke the qualities that make the Bloomington campus of Indiana University both unique and beautiful. The architecture of the building harkens to the glorious traditional buildings of the old campus while also being stylized to solidify it within its time.

The building consists of a combination of 102 one bedroom and studio apartments designed to attract and retain upper classmen and graduate students on campus. Each room features a full kitchen, living area, bedroom, and private bathroom. The programming for the facility is rounded out with multipurpose spaces, a technology center, and laundry facilities. Each space was uniquely designed to meet the needs and desires of the 21st Century student.
