Repurposed with Intention, Expanded for Performance

The school’s existing wrestling room was too small to support the program’s growing needs. As a result, the existing wrestling room was strategically repurposed as the new cardio room. Brand new, expanded wrestling facilities were incorporated into the new building addition.

The existing fieldhouse, previously designed by CSO in 2014, was expanded to add two new full-size basketball courts, a relocated and upgraded wrestling room, generous storage facility, golf simulator and putting green, and expanded locker rooms.

Anchoring the southeast corner of the existing building, a second new addition created a dedicated student entrance and relocated athletics office, offering improved adjacency to the heart of the athletic program while streamlining circulation and enhancing security.

Renovations thoughtfully repurposed existing spaces to further support the school’s holistic approach to student health and well-being. The previous wrestling room was converted to a new cardio room, while the existing cardio room was transformed into two new health and wellness classrooms.

The project prioritizes connectivity, efficiency, and future adaptability, positioning the school’s athletic programs to thrive for years to come.
