Ivy Tech Community College – Fort Wayne
In response to the growing demand for healthcare professionals, this project will result in a new, two-story, cutting-edge Nursing and Health Sciences facility to serve northeast Indiana’s premier nursing education program.

Designed to replicate a hospital-like environment, this new facility will provide students with an immersive, hands-on learning experience that aligns with real-world clinical settings.
Spaces in the new building include: two, state-of-the-art, 15-bed Nursing Labs; one 8-bed CNA lab; one EMT/Paramedic Lab; one Nursing Simulation Lab suite; labs for Respiratory Therapy, Medical Assisting, Phlebotomy, and Medical Tech.; and an OR suite with two simulation operating rooms and associated sterile processing rooms.
The new building will also contain offices for the Nursing and Health Science staff, several huddle and focus conference spaces, and eight 30-seat classrooms shared by both programs.
In addition to the Nursing and Health Science building, CSO is collaborating with Ivy Tech on the comprehensive renovation and modernization of the Student Life Center on the North Campus and a partial renovation of the Coliseum Building on the Coliseum Campus.
