Well‑Planned Residential Living with Shared Amenities on Every Floor
Each residential floor includes approximately 27 student rooms—primarily doubles—with shared bath facilities and a dedicated lounge and kitchen.
Two‑Story Connector with Shared Facilities and Learning Environments
A central connector between each tower houses shared facilities such as laundry, group study, lounge, fitness center, mail, and administrative office spaces. Included in this two-story connector is a large multi-purpose room for the community, as well as designated Living-Learning maker spaces for Education.
Student Makerspace and Learning Resource Center
The makerspace on the second floor of North West Residence Hall was created for students in education and humanities programs, with an open, flexible layout designed to support hands on learning and access to a wide range of equipment and technology.
