Column spacing of 56’ x 60’, a 56’ x 70’ speed bay, ESFR fire protection, and 5,000 AMPs of electrical capacity ensure flexibility and safety across various tenant needs. Exterior amenities include a 185’ truck court, up to 127 trailer parking spots, and auto parking areas, all tailored for large-scale logistics use.
The building includes customizable office space with initial provisions for a shipping/receiving office and restroom core. Interior areas can be built to suit to support tenant-specific operational, administrative, or workforce needs.
